As each shirt is customized to your specifications, it takes time to fulfill orders. All orders are shipped within 5-7 working days, and depending on where you are, your order may reach you within 10-14 working days.
Expedited Shipping
Zermatt Garments will expedite shipping to you for a charge of $25 per order. Expedited shipping will ensure that your order is shipped within seven working days after receiving the order. Depending on where you are located, your order may arrive within ten to twelve working days.
Returns
If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return the garments to Zermatt Garments, and Zermatt Garments will give you a store credit for your garment purchase (minus the shipping cost). Due to several cases of fraud, Zermatt Garments provides this "money back" guarantee only for seven days from the day you receive the order.
